Dear Sirs,
On Wed, 5 Apr 2006 14:49:27, the writer sent, to the three commissioners above, an open letter of complaint against the Romanian President, Prime Minister, Ministry of Justice 'et al' concerning impediments to EU enlargement on Romania's candidature for accession, all with respect to theft of lawful inheritance, breach of human rights and the deplorably low standard of conduct in the judiciary involving bribery and corruption which is a well known issue for candidature.
On the next day evidence of email tracking was delivered and opened, proving unequivocal evidence of maladministration and wilful negligence, that emails were being opened on machines in the heart of Romanian institutions, and wilfully ignored.
It is almost inconceivable that with such evidence to hand, the emails concerning the complaint were opened at the addresses of the three aforementioned commissioners, subsequently examined for substantial periods of time, and none of the commissioners observed the simple courtesy and etiquette of acknowledgment or reply.
As supposed guardians to the treaties, this conduct suggests a hidden agenda and complicity with the lobbying Romanian authorities, with misprision towards their code of conduct for transparency, dignity and ethical issues. The deplorable want of observance towards this code of conduct is of such breach as to render them culpable in the same manner as the Romanian figures of authority.
The next procedure shall be invoked, with a complaint under the 1503 procedures, involving all enthusiasts of this deliberate negligence and the present open letter along with those already sent and read, will traverse time to come, standing as testament to the ignoble, undignified, and unethical behaviour of all concerned. This statement of fact shall be placed alongside the evidence of opening and tracking of all the communications to date, allowing all readers worldwide to understand what material we have employed to head and protect the treaties aforementioned solemnly sworn in good faith, and enacted in bad faith.
Considering the Hungarian Minority protests recently published and the termination of your standard email address, this all looks increasingly suspicious, and no doubt time shall unfold its true meaning. “A group of MEPs have accused enlargement commissioner Olli Rehn of ignoring the plight of the Hungarian minority in Romania in his approach to Bucharest's EU membership bid. “
