      posted 22nd Dec 2003 (nearly a month later), without modification or reference to the Plaintiffs
      written concerns that were received by you on 7th December and circulated to other agencies.

      The Plaintiff and legal advisor respectfully and with due observance of the high authority of the court wish to make the following comments upon receipt of the new summons. There will be three replies taking the form of:

      A call to ask question of payment of stamp duty in which currency? (please pass this information to your telephonist)

      1) More detailed response to the restrictions written on the summons/ already responded to in previous letters, (in translation to follow next 7-10 days)

      2) A short treatise by the Plaintiffs lawyer, (before 28th January)
