On or following Aug 8th 1965, (the date of the Plaintiffs mother's demise) it is alleged that Ing Cristea Petru, misappropriated / stole approximately 400,000 leu which he was holding IN TRUST for his sister who was intending to purchase a house. He concealed and deprived her surviving daughter of her rightful inheritance while she was marrying and leaving the country for the UK.

This money was held in two types of account, 1) on parol cheque accounts in the sum of 10,000 leu per book at 7% interest rate per annum in the sum of 350,000 leu, and 2) a special account in Bucharest of £50,000 leu. Subsequent attempts to recover this money encountered a criminal eagerness to deprive the Plaintiff of her rights, and it is alleged that Ing Cristea Petru did bribe the attorney, hired at the time by the Plaintiff, to frustrate the claim and cause the plaintiff to give up proceedings. Confident in the lack of integrity of the judical system in Romania, feeling safe from prosecution at a later date, secretly did purchase the house at Strada Paciurea Nr. 2.,Timisoara, Romania. (Estimated 1982) hiding this address from the Plaintiff. This address was kept secret form the Plaintiff until discovery at the demise of Ing Cristea Petru. It is also alleged that the deceased Ing Cristea Petru did bribe the bank manager of the relevant CEC bank holding the sums of the aforesaid money, and persuaded the manger to release the funds to himself, on account of the lies at that time, that the Plaintiff was either deceased or herself never to return to Romania. CLAIM PART 2)

The present occupant of the house made no attempt (to disclose the will of Ing Cristea Petru, EXHIBIT 11) to the plaintiff, and seek to settle liabilities of the deceased (as the law requires) and these proceedings have recommenced to recover and remedy the default against:

Ocupant / Cristea Constantin, Strada Paciurea Nr. 2.,Timisoara, Romania, Tel: 256 43 20 32 has failed to settle liabilities from the deceased estate as the law requires.

The amount claimed is therefore equivalent to 400,000 leu plus 7% interest to the date of purchase of the house, as yet undisclosed, (EXHIBIT 10).

When the purchase price of the house has been disclosed, (EXHIBIT 12) the amount will be shown to be of value greater or lesser than the purchase price of the house at the address aforementioned. The difference arising will be the either taken from or added too the present value of the house in question.

NOTE: This claim is for the money held in trust at the date of mother's death in 1965. The money was misappropriated and converted into the property which now is in dispute. The claim is for criminal conduct of THEFT, and a POLICE investigation should have been initiated on the commencement of this action.

Now that Romania has Joined the EU, their open forum that was used to stifle dissent, has now been shut down.
