Your Excellency,
I most respectfully ask that you please take all the necessary measures to ensure the following requests are fulfilled, and advise us of your intention please, before this matter becomes an issue requiring our approach to all relevant, and borderline higher authorities.
I am certain that the management powers of the local courts in Timisoara, or Bucharest are more than sufficient, within Romanian law, EU law, and under the Hague Conventions. I prepared documents similar to the British Claim forms N1, and they were never served.
These request have been submitted over fifteen times to five different responsible persons in authority since June 2003 and your election. Evidence of reading the documents and not acting upon them will be submitted at the appropriate time.
1) To place a 'Caution', 'Charge', 'Freezing order', or else 'vest' the property as an asset of the Courts until such time as this matter is properly and legally resolved. The property should not be permitted to be sold, transferred or leased without notification and permission from the court. If that has taken place, then a notice of intent to reverse the transaction be served upon all parties to any contract where the property departed from the beneficiary of the last will of Ing Cristea Petru.
2) To order (preferably an 'ex parte' inspection order) that the beneficiary do immediately disclose and give to the court, all documents relevant to the deceased, such as title deeds of the original purchase, bank accounts, diaries, wills, either from the deceased and if still extant, that of Dr. Cristea Paulina, (mother of the Claimant) and other material pursuant to the interests of the Claimant.
3) To serve the defendant Ing Cristea Petru, with the 'particulars of the Claim' originally submitted in July and later that year translated in to Romanian, and order that upon default in the absence of a reply within 28 days of such service that judgement be entered against the defendant and their case be dismissed.
4) To advise the members of the family Raut, abroad, through their spokesperson Valeriu Raut (Sweden) that sworn testimony is required from them, upon sanction of their being detained should they visit Romania without making such declarations.
5) This is a new submission, that the level and burden of proof be now lowered on the Claimant, reliant upon sworn testimony alone, with that corroboration in our possession, and the burden of proof be passed to the defendant to show with bank statements, how the deceased became so rich without the theft Mrs. Winter's estate stolen from her mother.
Yours most respectfully.
A. H. Winter.
